Something Special For The Young Scholars
The Joseph Fund was proud to continue a cherished summer tradition by assembling and delivering backpacks to the students participating in the Procacci Family Summer Enrichment Program. This annual initiative provides students with the resources and encouragement they need to begin the school year with confidence and excitement.
This year’s Summer Enrichment Program continued to grow, expanding to include an additional classroom and allowing The Joseph Fund to support even more Camden youth. During our visit, students shared their enthusiasm for the upcoming school year, with many expressing that they were excited and prepared to return to the classroom.
We want to extend our thanks to the Paris Corporation volunteers who generously donated backpacks and joined us for this special occasion: Gerry Toscani, Gerard Toscani, Kat Kirk, and Bill Lomanno. Our Trustees were touched by their efforts to make this experience memorable for the students and support the school.
The visit provided a wonderful opportunity to see the impact of the Summer Enrichment Program firsthand. Students proudly shared all that their school has to offer, including outdoor water play and their vegetable garden, where they grow organic tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, and other produce to share with their families.
