The Joseph Fund enjoyed an annual tradition with our high school students.
On Friday, November 15th, Camden Catholic High School held its annual breakfast honoring scholarship recipients. This special event provides an opportunity for students and donors to connect, fostering meaningful conversations and deeper understanding.
Featured above are this year’s Joseph Fund Scholars, whose scholarships are made possible by the generous contributions of the Procacci family and the support of the whole Joseph Fund Family.
From left to right, here’s a little bit about each rising star.
Patience Freshman
Patience described her first few months at Camden Catholic as flying by. With her cheerleading season almost over, she’s looking forward to switching gears to gymnastics soon. She’s very proud of the piano skills she’s able to cultivate thanks to her music elective here. As a child, she had a toy piano, so it means a lot to her to be able to play full songs now. She’s looking forward to performing in the winter concert in December! A jack of many trades, Patience has been teaching herself Japanese for four years and hopes to travel to Japan soon. She’s also playing her academic cards right for her future career in dentistry!
Dauda Freshman
Dauda is so full of wisdom that it’s hard to believe he’s only just starting high school. Lovingly known as “Data” amongst some of his friends, he is a human encyclopedia who loves learning and sharing his passions. There is no doubt that he will achieve his dream of becoming a global diplomat, especially with the practice he is getting as a volunteer with the City of Camden. He is coordinating a Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service event in January.
Adrianna Sophomore
Adrianna was able to stop by for a few minutes before heading back to class! She’s looking forward to the indoor track season starting soon.
Gloria Freshman
Absent – previously attended St. Cecilia School.
